Orders and Acceptance
You must have legal capacity to purchase or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and review the selected products, variations, quantities and total.
An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance and contract formation are determined by checkout terms, subsequent acceptance communications and applicable law. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment due.
Product Descriptions
Review the dimensions, materials, attachment type, quantity and included items. Bags and other styling accessories are included only when expressly listed.
Lighting and screen settings may affect perceived color. This does not excuse a defective product or materially inaccurate description.
Intended Use and Care
Unless expressly identified otherwise, our charms are decorative bag accessories, not load-bearing attachments, safety equipment or children’s toys.
Check attachment suitability and follow care instructions. Avoid excessive pulling and friction against delicate surfaces. Keep small or detachable parts away from young children.
Prices and Payment
Checkout displays the currency and applicable charges. Payment methods are those offered for your transaction. Your provider may apply conversion rates or fees.
If a significant pricing or listing error is identified, we will explain the issue and available options. Additional charges will not be imposed without your agreement. Applicable law determines the parties’ rights.
Availability and Delivery
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution and repay amounts due where required.
Delivery arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy and order information. Risk and ownership pass according to applicable law; dispatch alone does not necessarily transfer delivery risk.
Returns and Consumer Rights

Mandatory withdrawal rights, faulty-goods remedies and other protections take priority over conflicting terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases. They do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order without a lawful basis.
